Services

ReadyPackets provides professional business document preparation and consulting services (“Packets”). Each Packet includes a defined scope of work, deliverables, and timeline as described on our website and confirmed during the intake process.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are one-time fees unless otherwise stated. Payment is required before work begins. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Revisions

Each Packet includes the number of revision rounds specified in its tier description. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be available at an additional cost.

Refunds

Full refunds are available if we have not yet begun production on your Packet. Once work has commenced, we are committed to delivering the agreed-upon scope. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables produced for your Packet. We retain the right to use anonymized examples of our work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.

ReadyPackets does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Our documents are professional business tools, not substitutes for licensed professional counsel. We recommend consulting with appropriate professionals for legal or financial decisions.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Packet in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
